That’s why every private session is tailored specifically to you. From your goals and current fitness level to your schedule and preferences, I’ll create a plan that works for your life.

 

In every one-on-one session, you’ll receive expert coaching, real-time feedback, and the focused support you need to move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent.

Packs: 6 for $55/session, 12 for $50/session, 24 for $45/session

Small Group Fitness Training

  • Strength & Conditioning: blends strength and conditioning for a full-body challenge.
    Mondays at 4:00pm / Thursdays at 3:00pm

  • Fast & Furious delivers high-intensity training in a quick, effective session.
    Taking a break

  • Mobility & Stability focuses on joint mobility & strength, keeping your body moving smoothly and pain-free.
    Sundays at 9:30a

Free Focus Session

A free session to discuss goals, assess movement, and create a personalized training plan.

I always looked forward to my workouts - it was never something I dreaded or ever tried to find an excuse not to go. This is because Kiana and I formed a friendship and not only did I get to work out, I also got to catch up and socialize with her! She is so friendly and easy to talk to. On top of that, she is also an incredibly focused trainer - she genuinely took my goals into consideration and the workouts felt very tailored to my needs. She has a wealth of knowledge and always applied that to helping me achieve my goals. Such an amazing experience!

She has the background and is continually working on learning more so she can tailor your sessions to YOU. It makes it so much less overwhelming and helps you feel powerful and motivated. Sessions were made for my level of fitness and I didn’t always feel like I couldn’t accomplish something like I have at other group fitness classes. You won’t regret working with her.
